The MTL 20.18 industrial vacuum cleaner is a compact, quiet and mobile device designed for small, general and machine cleaning tasks in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. The industrial vacuum cleaner complies with GMP standards and is ideal for extracting the finest dust thanks to its antistatic polyester star filter with a large filter surface and high degree of separation. The filter is cleaned by an integrated manual filter shaker. It is optionally possible to retrofit a HEPA filter with a separation efficiency of 99.995%. This ensures that the cleaned suction air can be returned to the work area.
The collection container with a capacity of up to 22 liters can be easily emptied thanks to the lifting system. The collection container is optionally available in AISI304 stainless steel. The internal high-gloss polish prevents fine dust from adhering. If desired, disposable filter bags can be used to safely collect and dispose of the material.
A powerful side channel compressor with a pressure relief valve ensures maintenance-free continuous operation.
The all-steel device is powder-coated and available in an ATEX Zone 22 explosion-proof version.
